Cutting system with multiple discs for the execution of longitudinal and transversal cuts on large slabs and high thicknesses.
By means of a variable number of cutting discs, positioned with great accuracy by a CN, it is possible to produce sub-formats and strips.
Perpendicularity of the cuts
Motion on belt
The slabs move forward on belts that run on interchangeable wear-resistant steel plates. Replacement of the belt is facilitated by the special structure of the base.
Pneumatic centring and alignment devices ensure perfectly perpendicular cuts on all formats.
