PREVIEW TECNARGILLA 2014 THE ANCORA VULCAN B5 BURNER STEPS UP A GEAR

Delivering even higher performance based on an innovative surface treatment, the new version of the VULCAN B5 burner will be unveiled by Ancora Group at Tecnargilla 2014.

… July 2014 Renowned for its innovative energy-saving characteristics, the VULCAN B5 burner designed and marketed by Ancora Spa has now been further improved.
The latest innovation consists of a treatment that further enhances the VULCAN B5 burner’s already outstanding capabilities for reducing kiln consumption. It was developed through cooperation between ANCORA and NANOPROM, a Sassuolo-based company that supplies advanced nanotechnology solutions to a number of Formula One motor racing teams.
This nanotechnology-based treatment enormously reduces the surface roughness of ferrous materials, making for much smoother air/gas flows and reducing the formation and deposit of carbonaceous residues.
The end result is an optimised air-gas mixture and a longer flame which is able to penetrate further inside the kiln.

The new and upgraded version of the VULCAN B5 burner is one of the innovations due to be unveiled by Ancora Group at Tecnargilla 2014, which will be held in Rimini from 22 to 26 September.

This innovation is based on exclusive collaboration with Nanoprom, one of the first companies in Italy to specialise in the research and development of nanopolymers.

At Tecnargilla, Ancora Group will be in hall D1, stand 071.
