Tecnargilla 2010 Preview
CONTROL AND SUPERVISION: A REVOLUTION IN TECHNOLOGICAL EFFICIENCY
At Tecnargilla 2010 Ancora Group will be unveiling some outstanding new products, including an innovative supervision and control system for complete polishing lines and an automatic calibre regulation system.
The Sassuolo-based Ancora Group is all set for Tecnargilla, the world’s leading showcase of technological innovation and aesthetics in the ceramic industry to be held in the Rimini exhibition centre from 27 September to 1 October 2010.
At the show Ancora Group will be unveiling Ancora Tutor, an innovative remote supervision and control system and the first of its kind designed for the polishing sector.
Ancora Tutor performs real-time monitoring of polishing lines installed in customers’ facilities. It controls efficiency and production capacity, identifies problems and suggests possible solutions. The system can also be integrated with technical support to allow for remote assistance.
The group will also be exhibiting its squaring machine with automatic calibre control system, a revolutionary electronic spindle management system that self-regulates automatically according to wear of the cutting tool, optimising production quality and drastically reducing operator action times and margins of error.
Another product that the group will be presenting at Tecnargilla is the new Hi Coat photocatalytic production system for curtain walls and external ceramic cladding. This nanotechnology-based self-cleaning treatment acts in the presence of sunlight and can be applied to both polished and natural products, bringing clear advantages in terms of both costs and effectiveness.
Ancora group will attend the Tecnargilla 2010, pavilion D1 – stand 071
